This Tidewater Southern ALCo RS-1 (Kato/Atlas HO) was formerly an AMTRAK unit before the paint was stripped off and carefully repainted in WP's final classic Pearlman Green paint scheme. The "Tidewater Southern" lettering is completely unique compared to any other WP or TS unit, and it's even different from it's sister TS RS-1, #747. The entire locomotive was very subtely weathered, with a light coat of dust matching the dirt found just outside of Stockton along the TS mainline. Matching a color photo taken in late 1974 of this unit, I included rust on the leaf and coil springs on the AAR type B trucks and dirtied up the pilots and couplers.
